Utf-8

Jim,

I get this warning all the time,
"Specified input coding (UTF-8) does not match actual input encoding (UTF-16)"

I don’t want to change of the characters I use – I heard UTF 8 doen’t include quote marks. What would you recommend for this line
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
