What causes a white border to appear around a page with apparently no code? If I type a letter (i.e."b") after <body> the letter shows up in that white border. I don’t see any coding for it in my code, it just spontaneously appeared. Is there some setting some place for this?

Someone told me that the problem is spontenous but to prevent it just add this to the body {padding:0px; margin:0px;}. I did it and it worked fine. If you’re interested you can copy the code of my home page and remove these two commands and view the white frame, but I’m happy with the way it is.
