I notice when I did a site map that 84% of my URLs were skipped. why? Is it because they were not indexed on Goggle or what. Please help or did I have the wrong filter set?

Hello and welcome to the forum!
On your webpages, you are using referring to yourself as www.naturalhealthhealingstream.com and naturalhealthhealingstream.com
They are not the same and it’s highly recommended by search engines that you use only one. For example, your menu on the right side of your site takes you to pages that begin with naturalhealthhealingstream.com, but then your links page takes you to naturalhealthhealingstream.com/linkmachine/linksII/resources.html and on that page, at the very bottom, it takes you to naturalhealthhealingstream.com
So, just pick one and stick with that.
Here is a post where a visitor just has the same problem and in my response, I give details on how to make the change and how to modify the htaccess file so that it never gives out duplicates.

Also, may I suggest you refer to your home page as your main url rather than main url/index.html
For example, you have your main page as: naturalhealthhealingstream.com and then you also call naturalhealthhealingstream.com/index.html (if using www, then add the www. to the front)
Google and other search engines will see two pages with the same content and this can hurt you. Always refer to your main url as your home page.
Make those changes and you’ll see a better result on the search engines! Right now, google sees only about 65 of your pages.
Regards,
Jim.
