Default NetBIOS internet connectivity

Tell me what you did - disabling NetBIOS should not impact the internet connection in any way - unless, you are using a computer at work connected to the network.

Tell me about your setup, from PC to Internet and all devices in the middle.

Regards,

Jim.

Default NetBIOS internet

You should not have a problem then. What type of router do you have? When you enable NetBIOS, it works again, right?

If you shut down all the computers except the one you are working on, can you, with NetBIOS still enabled, connect to the internet? What if you choose another computer, and do the same, does it connect? - or - does one of the computers have to be one in order for the others to connect?

Regards,

Jim.
