I think I have found at least part of my problem. The pages links are without the www and the site is loading from prestigemrs.com as opposed to prestigesupply.com. I have generated an excellent site map now. If my site is php, does it matter that I load the html site map online? will that help my rankings? We have a php sitemap. I'm not sure why we aren't ranking well, which is what I am investigating. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Thank you for your response re: skipped pages. The pages do not load even with a delay. www.prestigesupply.com (there are approx. 37 items not loading. What loads regularly - the index page, contact, overview, and sitemap. Those are the only pages the load. (the pages load if I go directly to the site, however.)
