How to submit sitemap to Yahoo
Here is how you submit your sitemap to Yahoo. Go to https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit and log in with your Yahoo name and password (same as your Yahoo email if you have one).
Once you log in, you’ll see two choices:
1) Submit a Website or a Webpage – skip this.
2) Submit a Site Feed – this is what you want.
You first need to upload your .xml file to your website’s home directory, or, if you have just a text listing all of your files, then name it urllist.txt and upload it to the same place.
Note: The Webmaster Tool allows you to save your sitemap as .xml or text. Either one should work fine with Yahoo Sitemaps.
Select the Submit Feed and you should be all set with submitting your Yahoo Sitemap.

but every time it moves to siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/index.php

Yahoo now using Bing Webmaster tools. You can use Bing webmaster and yahoo will update automatically.
