In my first post I wish to sincerely thank the thoughtful people behind this Web Security Forum and their very useful GIFTS (products), especially the Internet Speed Test!
And speaking of the IST, in 2 tests I received around .394 for my Mobile Broadband download, and only around 98 for upload. Does this mean that the slowness lies in my computer (Upload)? If so, what can one do to increase the "Upload Speed". My Mobile Broadband ISP advertises "up to 3,2 Mbs". Anyone please?

Are you talking about this speed test? If not, use this test and let me know the results.
You can also visit ht tp: //dslbroadband.biz/ and run the java and flash speed tests for further testing.
As for increasing the upload speed, I don’t know of anything that makes any significant impact. Perhaps the vendor may have a suggestion? If you find one, please let us know!
