The message that was here has been deleted - it was spam. They were trying to promote a home business system by spamming forums and implying that

Here is another pitch:

You'll Receive Mr. X's "Secret Formula" To Making A Fortune With Your PC... Guaranteed To Have You Smiling All The Way To Your Bank.
What I found amusing was that after making such Guarantees, they placed a disclaimer in very small print at the bottom of the screen. Here is it in normal font:
