HELP! Really struggling

Where to start! I’m sure that most of the issues I’m running into are due to my lack of experience in this area. I really like Audit My PC and your site generator. I have learned a lot in the last 2 days but could really use some help.

I tried using the Web Tool Site Generator for my site. IT’S a Ecommerce site and is rather large. After letting it run I came up with a series if issues:

1. There were a lot of 301 that showed up, I’m not really sure what this means and whether I should keep them or not, (I don’t Think so)

2. When The green arrow came back I had about 500 links that were queued not finished. I had about 34 Failed links. I reran the FAILED LINKS, QUeued did not change but It did resolve all but 4 failed. What do I do with the Queued links? Should they go to Finish?

3. When launching I used the default, Start at Server, It returns 1 page. When I set it to directory it appears that I’m picking up Everything from my Provider, PROSTORES, There are Other peoples websites and these are NOT links on my site.

4. I did set the EXCLUDE image filter, But I’m really not sure what other EXCLUDE filters I need to add? I know that I probaly want to exclude my CART and EMAIL, is this correct?

For the most part if you can help me with this I’m sure I’ll get on the road to recovery.
