Upload Error and Speed Test Result

I just installed your broadband speed test on my web site and I have three issues/questions. The URL is www.trendata.net/speedtest. It is hosted by Earthlink.

The download test runs Ok but the results are only half the speed I get when I run it from the Audit My PC site. Is this normal?

The upload test gives me an "Upload Error". The permissions are 0644 on all files. Do you have any suggestions? I don't get this error when I run the test from the AuditMyPC page.

On the image that displays the test the credit text at the bottom right overlaps the box containing the ad above it partially obscuring the ad.
