Jim:
I suspect you’re probably reluctant to allow modifications to your free CRM outside of your direct control. However, your package will work really well for a customer (or two) of mine. I’m not looking to make a bunch of money on your behalf, but I would need to customize some things to adapt to how they manage products and quotes.
Could you send me a note with your thoughts about this?
Thanks!
Allan D.-

Hello Allan,
I’m open to ideas – my big problem lately has been that I release an app in hopes that someone will improve upon and return the improved version. This has not been happening.
Will you return the improved version?
BTW – Welcome to the forum!
Best regards,
Jim.
Yes, definitely. Whatever I do, I would document and return the full code back to you.
As far as the money side of it, I would only charge them for the hours of work I put into it (installing and modifying to their customized needs).
If you’re OK with it, I’d like to implemented it with this customer and adapt it to their operation. It would be tailored to a business-to-business sales and distribution company.
Thanks!
Allan D.-
It’s a deal Allan – You have my permission to modify the CRM Application code for use with this company and I look forward to seeing your improvements!
Have a great day!
Jim.
