Whenever I click the start button of of the free Internet Speed Test, "working" appears, but then "Connection reset" appears right after it, and the Speed Test seems to stop. What’s wrong and what should I do?

That would indicate it’s under high use – it’s a rock solid speed test and I’m confident it’s the most accurate one on the net, but it can only test so many computers at one. There is only so much bandwidth
