I received the Connection refused:connect
message again this morning. Using either IE7 or Opera 9.1 isn’t currently working to allow me to test.

Should be all set now. This is a very popular speed test and there are times that it is just too busy. I’m working on a solution, but it requires more bandwidth and money, something that I can’t really do for a free service.
But, I am trying to think of something.
