Hi there,
Excuse me if this question seems a bit dumb but I’m very new to the aspect of sitemap building.
I’ve allowed sitemap generator to conduct a crawl on my online image bank www.fotoquest.net. Amongst the results were a number of fatal error and time lapse reports, and I’m unsure what I should do next. How should I treat these reports and do I need to do something to my website to clean up these problems before I make a sitemap? Any help would be appreciated.

Try incresing the amount of memory you are allocating for java, start with 256, then move up from there.
