verifying users w/special privilages

Hi everyone,

Say, its shameful that MS and MSDN sites so robotically post so much practically indecypherable details and then to make it so hard to go to their forums, get back to them and/or notify us of replies. No doubt by design from what I see.

As such, maybe here I can find out in lay terms how to follow this user action...

User Action
The person with administrative rights for the computer should make sure the user should have the special privileges assigned.

Ref. security event info ID 576, also indicating...

Special privileges assigned to new logon:
User Name: NETWORK SERVICE
Domain: NT AUTHORITY
Logon ID: (0x0,0x3E4)
Privileges: SeAuditPrivilege
SeAssignPrimaryTokenPrivilege
SeChangeNotifyPrivilege
