Default Win32Agent.pz

Hello and welcome to the forum!

I don't have any information on Win32Agent.pz at all, so I can't offer you much in the way of a solution.

Have you tried http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm ?

If you do find a way to remove Win32Agent.pz, please do everyone a favor and post it on the forum.

Thanks!

Jim.

Default SpyLocked Removal Instructions

Did you install SpyLocked by any chance? SpyLocked which is also known as SpywareLocked is considered to be 'fake' anti-spyware software. SpyLocked usually installs itself onto your PC without your permission, through a Trojan, Virus or fake software. SpyLocked will display false system and security alerts to trick you into buying the Paid Version of SpyLocked.

If you did install SpyLocked, then the following instructions should help you remove the software:

Stop SpyLocked Processes by pressing 'Alt+Ctrl+Delete', then clicking on 'Task Manager' (Shortcut).
A list of processes will appear under the 'Processes Tab', select the process that you want to stop, then click on 'End Process'. The processes are listed below:

spylocked.exe
SpywareLocked.exe (new)
Spy-Locked.exe (new)

Unregister SpyLocked DLL Files by choosing Start –> Run, type 'cmd' then click on Open (On Windows Vista, press the 'Windows' + 'R' keys at the same time.)

You should be at a command prompt C:\>, now type 'regsvr32 /u filename.dll' where 'filename' is the name of the file that you like to unregister. The following DLL files are the files to unregister.

xkrdk.dll
onwtj.dll
fyxkaah.dll
higehsg.dll
geplxss.dll
tvomnc.dll
tahxqcj.dll
qvjpt.dll
oyopu.dll
yronl.dll
isadd.dll

Find and Delete the following SpyLocked Files:

spylocked.exe
xkrdk.dll
onwtj.dll
fyxkaah.dll
higehsg.dll
geplxss.dll
tvomnc.dll
tahxqcj.dll
qvjpt.dll
oyopu.dll
yronl.dll
isadd.dll
pmsnrr.exe
pmmnt.exe
isamntr.exe
avD.exe
codecaddon1169[1].exe
SpywareLocked 3.3.lnk
Spy-Locked.exe

Remove SpyLocked registry values by clicking Start, and then click on Run and type regedit in Windows XP (Vista users simply click Start and type regedit). Now search for spydawn using Ctrl F.

Cool not spylocked for me

I had this problem, and i'd never used SpyLocked.

I tried the windows help page and still couldn't get rid of it.

I had to do some netsh command line things and download a safe version of some sys file.

I followed the instructions here:
http://help-xp.com/post-115371.html

I dunno if they were all necessary, but it seemed to do the job.
