I seen many people ask on the internet if you can open a web page from a ip address .
The question is can you open a web page with a ip address .

You sure can BillyBoutin! In fact, take any domain name, such as AuditMyPc.com and ping it. On Windows, open a command prompt and type:
Ping auditmypc.com
It will come back with the IP address of 198.104.150.202
If you type that into your browser instead of auditmypc.com, it will take you right to AuditMyPC.com. I have the server monitor visitors using IP address rather than my domain name and redirect them, but many sites do not.
Try Google for example. Ping Google.com and then take the IP address and type that into your browser and see what happens.
Perhaps you are wondering if you can have a website without a domain name? If so, the answer is yes, no problem. Just fire up your website (say your home PC) and then give others your IP address. If you don’t know your IP address, visit Whats my IP to find out.
