Say that you have a 404 error, file missing, and you fix that and create that file, the error should go away.
However, say that you referenced a file on a page that was not there (a link to a page that didn't exist) and you retry the errors, it will still report an error. It won't remove the non-existant page by itself.
If you want to make sure all the errors are fixed, create a new project with with same url and you'll have a fresh start.
If you rerun the project without creating a new one, then it will remember the invalid urls and still report them even though you have deleted them.
